Terms of service

Draft, last updated 2026-10-28.

The service

GatherRelay receives a live stream from your church and sends it on to the places you choose. We work to keep it running every Sunday, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we are not responsible for YouTube, Facebook or other platforms.

Your account

Keep your password and stream key private. You are responsible for what is streamed with your key, and for having the right to stream it (including music licences, such as CCLI streaming licences).

What may not be streamed

Nothing illegal, hateful, or that breaks the rules of the platforms you stream to. We may suspend an account that does.

Payments

Plans are paid in advance for one or more months. Manual payments are switched on once we have checked them. Payments are not refunded, except where the service did not work because of a fault on our side.

Ending

You can stop at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice. Backup recordings are deleted after the number of days in your plan.
