Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You get 14 days with everything in your chosen plan. If you do not pay afterwards, streaming simply stops; nothing is charged.
Will the quality be lower than streaming directly?
No. We do not re-encode your stream; each platform gets exactly what you sent, up to 1080p at 60 frames a second.
How much internet does the church need?
About 8 Mbps upload for 1080p, or 4 Mbps for 720p, and that is all: one upload, however many places you stream to.
Which software works?
GatherRelay Studio, OBS, vMix, Wirecast, Ecamm and any software or hardware encoder that can send RTMP or SRT.
Are our stream keys safe?
They are stored encrypted and only used to send your stream. Staff cannot read them in the admin area.
How do we pay from Pakistan or India?
By Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPI or bank transfer. Send the amount, upload a screenshot in your dashboard, and your plan is switched on once we have checked it.
Can several people from our church use one account?
Yes. The church owner can invite team members from the dashboard.
How do we get help?
Open a support ticket in your dashboard. You will see the answer there.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. Plans are paid in advance and simply end if you do not renew.
